Here's a few Perl scripts to get you started:

FTP9 : Upload any number of files to any number of sites and notify any number of people by email. To use, remove the "txt" extension and replace "_pl" with ".pl", place the fp9.pl file, the ftp9.ini file, and the misc.pm file in the same folder, modify ftp9.ini according to the instructions in that file, and run.
driveinfo.pl : Get free drive space on a machine and email to any number of users. Requires driveinfo.ini.
Here's a LEO version of driveinfo.pl. The LEO version is extensively documented and has all the necessary files in one package. You need to download and install LEO to use this. LEO is a very useful free outlining editor that facilitates Literate Programming.
clsform3.cgi : A simple cgi script to save the fields of a form. Commented version.

Perl Scripts from Essential Windows NT System Administration includes amu.pl: script for adding multiple users.
